Project.Overview

Starkdata is a startup company that created a customer lifecycle management software to acquire, engage and retain business customers with AI-driven Predictive Analytics for companies' sales, marketing and management teams. Increasing customer lifetime value depends on how the company manages its lifecycle and uses AI and Machine Learning as the power behind analytical insights to keep the company’s customer base engaged.
Their main focus is helping companies to become customer-centric by bringing the benefits of AI in acquiring, engaging and retaining customers. Covering the entire customer lifecycle it provides predictive analytics to Sales, Marketing, Product Managers and Customer Service that allows companies to increase their Customer Lifetime Value by enhancing customer engagement and reducing customer churn.

my.Contribution

As a solo lead product designer, a big part of my responsibilities was to design a visual strategy for Starkdata SaaS platform and to create a complex set of structural elements with heavy data visualisation content, implemented by data analytics with the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning and with the flexibility to adapt to different market businesses’ implementations and content diversification based on their solution target in Retail, Finance and Horeca.
 

Produce high-fidelity mockups, user flows and a design system to bring consistency throughout the digital platform.
